You agree with me or not, but this Galaxy S Series has lead to great success of the South Korean Giant, Samsung. That's what the figure's by Samsung says. According to reports, Samsung has recently uploaded a photo to Flickr with some numbers regarding their device sales. Samsung stated in caption that the Samsung Electronics Flagship Galaxy S series has surpassed the sales milestone of 100 million units since the series went on sale in the year May 2010. As among the Galaxy S series, the Galaxy S3 and the Galaxy S2 has contributed a huge amount behind this success.

They further added that the Galaxy S3 is currently selling at steady rate of 30 million in 5 months and 40 million in 7 months, after becoming the million seller in just 50 days since the release in the month of May which means the sales at an average rate of 190,000 units per day. However, according to Samsung, the Galaxy S2 is at the top on the global smartphone market at a steady rate of over 40 million i just 20 months.
